About Us:

Sunshine Ranch, Inc. is dedicated to instilling hope in the hopeless by providing a Christian home and community for abused, abandoned, and neglected children in Sullivan County and beyond. Our mission is to nurture the children in our care, helping them discover and develop their God-given gifts to improve their lives, overcome their circumstances, and break the cycle of poverty.

Originally, Sunshine Ranch was envisioned as an after-school program where children like Stephen could receive support—studying, preparing meals, doing laundry, gaining mentorship, and learning essential life skills before returning home at night. However, it became clear that many of these children either do not have a stable home to return to or are facing unsafe and abusive conditions.

After repeatedly hearing the question, “Will the children stay overnight?” we recognized the deeper need. As a result, Sunshine Ranch is moving in a new direction, offering not just temporary care but a safe and loving home for those who need it most.
